Following inspection, your printed circuit boards are processed by our computerized Electrovert Econopak Plus Wave Soldering System, which uses aqueous flux or no clean flux and a 63 / 37 solder to produce high-quality solder joints. For larger boards between 16 and 24 inches in width we have a second Electrovert wave solder machine.
Printed Circuit Assemblies are cleaned with high pressure de-ionized water, in a Westkleen In-line Cleaner. This cleaning process exceeds mil-spec requirements. |
